How Sales Judge works
By logging onto www.salesjudge.com and entering a password, a visitor to the web site has free access to standard pre-tested sales competency profiles for evaluating direct and telephone sales people that can be customized to fit specific requirements. One free Sales Competency Profile is offered to allow the visitors to our web site to test the profiles before making a purchase decision. The cost to assess each sales person is $29.95.
All assessments are archived on a secure data base with 24/7 access. Companies can retrieve their assessments to edit or delete them or email or import them to other programs at no charge.
Companies can use Sales Judge without any investment in hardware or software or special training. When a company orders an assessment a detailed user manual provides complete instructions for setting up and conducting a successful sales competency profile program.
Scoring
Sales person are scored on, typically, 60 selling factors in 10 sales skill areas by simply clicking a circle under a rating from one to five indicating Poor to Excellent performance. The factors added for a total score for each sales area. The user has the option of adding remarks regarding performance in that sales skill area. An overall sale competency rating is calculated by adding the scores for the ten sales skill areas.
The Sales Competency Profile
A Sales Competency Profile is automatically produced after the user completes scoring the sales skill areas and adds their comments for developmental training and mentoring. A total numerical score is provided indicating a sales competency rating from Poor to Excellent.
The numerical score and rating provided for each sales person, along with the details provided on the sales competency profile, enable executives to compare the level of competency of sales people and to pinpoint the remedial training and mentoring needed to increase their effectiveness.
