Q.  What is a Sales Competency Profile?

A.   A Sales Competency Profile is a detailed report on the performance of a sales person based on role-played or actual sales calls.  

Q.  How do Sales Competency Profiles work?

A.   Interactive screens enable you to score selling factors from 1 = Poor to 5 = Excellent in key sales skill areas.  Typically there are approximately 60 selling factors in 10 sales skill areas.  The scores are totaled for an overall sales competency score and rating and are summarized on a Sales Competency Profile.

Q.  How do I know that the selling factors in Sales Competency Profiles are right for the way we sell?

A.   You can totally customize our pretested assessments with your company’s sales terminology, name and logo – for just $29.95 which includes profiling one sales person. 

Q.  What happens after I customize a Sales Competency Profile?

A.   Your custom profile is immediately saved on a secure, encrypted data base where it is available 24/7 by logging in to our web site with your password.

Q.  How do I know my Sales Competency Profile data and account information are private and secure?

A.   Without entering your password, no one can access your Sales Competency Assessments or your account information. 
 
Q.  What administrative access do I have over my Sales Competency Profiles?
 
A.   You can access your profiles by date and/or sales person’s name to view, edit tand print them. 
 
Q.  How long will my archived profiles and account information remain on the Sales Judge data base?
A.   If there is no activity on your account for 24 months we reserve the right to delete your data.  Before doing so we will  send email notification giving you the option to remain on our data base for an additional 12 months.
